What is the FMT+ Lab?

Learn the basics online. Learn the advanced work in person.

Every FMT+ Lab starts with an on-demand course you finish at your own pace before the event. That’s where you build the foundation and earn your CE credits.* Then you join us for 4 hours of supervised, hands-on lab time.

In the room, we skip the basics and go straight to advanced taping and integration. You’ll work through Tweak Taping using directional vector applications, strain reactive taping for tissue load management, and how to pair tape with other neurosensory treatments like vibrational cupping. Less lecture, more reps, and real feedback from your instructor.

And it’s 4 hours, not a whole weekend. You walk out with the skills you’ll use on Monday and still make it home for dinner.

Course Procedure

Step 1 — FMT Basic Kinesiology Taping on-demand course (Prerequisite):

• Attendees must complete the associated FMT on demand course before the live lab. You will earn your continuing education credentials* and/or certificate of completion on your own schedule, at your own pace. By the time you walk into your lab and to begin your hands on training, you will have all the foundational knowledge you need. The lab is purely for application.
• Apply the code FMTLAB at checkout to add the required prerequisite (FMT Basic Kinesiology Taping) to your cart for $0 CAD. You must add this course to your cart in order to purchase in the Lab.

Step 2 — The live lab (4 Hours, In-Person):

• The lab is 100% hands-on practice from minute one. As an attendee, you are in a supervised workshop environment. Small group. Direct feedback. You will leave confident, not just informed.
